1. Shipping Regions

Edupariz currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. Some remote or offshore locations may have different delivery times or costs, which will be specified during checkout.


2. Order Processing Time

2.1 Standard Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off (e.g., 2 PM GMT) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2.2 High Demand Periods

During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. Significant delays will be communicated via our Website or email.


3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight/dimensions and delivery address. Exact costs are shown at checkout.

3.1 Standard Delivery

  • Estimated Time: 2-5 business days after dispatch

  • Cost: Varies by order weight/size. Free delivery may be available for orders over a certain value.

3.2 Express Delivery (if offered)

  • Estimated Time: 1-2 business days after dispatch

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not order placement. We aim to meet estimates but cannot guarantee them due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or extreme weather.

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website to monitor your package.


6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your package arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Take photos immediately

  • Contact us within 48 hours at contact@edupariz.com or 078 4946 8869

  • Provide your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit per our Refund and Returns Policy.

6.2 Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or local post office

  • Contact our customer service to initiate a courier investigation

6.3 Unforeseen Delays

Edupariz is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or major disruptions.


7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Provide a complete and accurate address at checkout. Edupariz is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Returned packages may incur re-shipping costs.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • No one available after multiple attempts

  • Refusal by recipient

The package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange redelivery (at your expense) or a refund minus original shipping costs and any return fees.


9. Heavy and Bulky Items

Special shipping conditions, surcharges, or extended delivery times may apply for heavy or bulky items. Any such conditions will be noted on the product page and at checkout.


10. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in shipping practices or for legal/operational reasons. Updates take effect immediately upon posting with the updated Effective Date.
