At Edupariz, we are committed to providing high-quality pet food and products that you and your beloved pets will love. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and receive refunds. Your satisfaction is important to us.


1. Our Commitment to Quality and Your Satisfaction

We take pride in the quality and freshness of our pet food. All products are carefully inspected before shipping. If you believe a product you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately.


2. General Return Conditions

2.1 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., opened or improperly stored fresh/frozen pet food)

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@edupariz.com or call 078 4946 8869 within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason.

  2. Await Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Do not send items without an RA number.

  3. Package Your Item: Include all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the package.

  4. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. Costs may be deducted from your refund. Use a trackable shipping service or insurance for high-value items.


4. Refunds

4.1 Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

4.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply to:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after 14 days

4.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, email contact@edupariz.com and follow instructions.


6. Damaged or Faulty Products

Report damaged/faulty items within 48 hours of receipt with order number and photos. We may offer replacement, refund, or store credit. Collection may be arranged at our expense.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact contact@edupariz.com or 078 4946 8869 as soon as possible. If already dispatched, follow the standard return process.


8. Changes to This Policy

Edupariz reserves the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, with an updated Effective Date. Review periodically.
